総合検査
Total Examination

お口の中を総合的に検査し、今ある問題について説明させていただきます。
必要に応じてレントゲン写真の撮影や歯の模型用の形取りを取らせていただきます。
治療費についてお見積を作成しご説明させていただきます。
※咬み合わせなどの分析が必要な場合、後日治療費の説明を行う場合があります。

We will examine your teeth and the soft tissues in your mouth.
X-rays and impressions are taken if necessary.
Estimate for you treatment fee will be made and explained.
※Estimate might be presented on your next appointment when bite analysis is needed.

治療
Treatment

治療内容および見積に合意の上、治療に移らせていただきます。

Upon agreement to the treatment plan we will start the treatment.

メンテナンス
Maintenance

治療完了後、定期的に歯のお掃除と検査をお受けになるようお勧めしております。（通常6ヶ月に一回）。

After treatment is finished we suggest a periodical tooth cleaning and check-up (usually once every 6 months).
